Why are some products in store only?

Some of our items are too fragile to be transported via regular courier, you are welcome to pick up in-store or arrange your own transportation.

Do you have a retail shop where we can view the product

Yes we have a retail shop, NOW located inside Superfurn Furniture - 1222 Hinemoa St - Rotorua.

Can I track my order

Do you have a guarantee on your products

We are proud of the product we have for sale. We pride ourselves on being available to discuss any problems you may have and will resolve any issues if and when they occur.  If you are placing any of our Indoor Buddha, Animals, Pots or Statues outside we recommend you apply an outdoor sealer every 6-12 months, PLEASE NOTE there is no warranty if you place the statue outdoors.  We will help to resolve any issues that arise and have a return to base policy.  If we agree to replace a faulty item, You will be required to return the item to the store with  proof of purchase.  Shipping costs are not included if a replacement is agreed to.

Will I receive the same product I see in the photo

With the larger items of furniture they are mostly one off pieces so you will receive the exact ones in the photo, smaller items for example moonstones, photo frames and mangowood serveware etc will not be the exact ones photographed but we endeavour to get the closest match as possible. We are happy to send a photo of the exact item you will be receiving beforehand if you wish, please contact us on This email address is being protected from spambots. What happens if I change my mind after purchase

If your item has not been packed and dispatched we are happy to amend your order, otherwise please note that we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind.

What happens if my item is broken on arrival

If your delivery has been damaged in transit, you must notify the freight / trucking company. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 
If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Is your timber treated

All our products are fully fumigated prior to leaving the country of origin.

How do you care for hardwood furniture

Teak and rosewood are great hardwoods to have outside, if you'd like to keep them in their original condition we recommend giving them an oil monthly with a hardwood oil, if you'd like then to age leave them untreated and they will eventually silver off. Our Monkeywood has been lacquered so will not need regular oiling.

I want to buy multiples but the website wont let me

Please contact us, we bring in limited numbers of each product so we will double check our stock and let you know the exact number we have for purchase.
